Booth Sizes and Fee:
All booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (We do have a limited number of double booths available)
Regular booth 7.5’x10’ (75 square feet) - $150
To reserve a booth, please complete the online Vendor Registration Form.
Booths are limited so please respond by October 15th!
We will finalize our layout on November 1.
Lunches:
MORE INFO COMING SOON! Lunches will be provided on Thursday and Friday. Ordering information will be available soon.
Schedule on Thursday, December 2nd:
9:00 am – Set-up for the booths begins
11:30 am – Lunch delivered to those who preordered
12:00 - 2:00 pm – “Pre-Sale” Event. This optional pre-sale event is available if you choose to participate. Our membership will be setting up for the luncheon and dropping off items for the bake sale and many will want to shop. As well as the public is invited to pop over to shop as well!
Schedule on Friday, December 3rd:
9:00am to 3:00pm – Shopping hours for the Holiday Market
11:30 am – Lunch delivered to those who preordered
4:00 pm– Booths must be cleared from church
